Monnataz has been created as an online company with our existing business that has been involved in retailing and supplying of school clothes, School Bags Lindley and accessories since 1964.
We are a family business where best service and quality products are high on our priority list. Our daughter Monique joined the business and that is where the online inspiration started. Since my daughter joined us, this made us a 3rd generation business. She has been involved in the business full-time since 2016. The online side of the business (School bags only) is a new initiative from her side, with her parent’s “know how” to assist her. The business was taken over from my parents, and we have been involved full-time since 1989. Online sales are the future, and we are following the trend. We are constantly looking for ways where we can improve our service to the public. This online business is just as important to us, as our existing business that is in its 55th Year this year. We have been selling Totem bags from the early days of their existence. The sales just grew and grew. The brand name just got bigger and bigger and is well known in the industry.
